HELP!!!!!

ok, heres my problem. I was playing a MUD on zMUD and by accident i right clicked on the main screen and clicked on 1 of the 2 options there (im not sure which) and now i cant see anything on the main screen apart from blue. How can i get it back to normal?

In the preferences menu, under the "general" tab, where the wordwrap other such settings are, there is a box that says "mud output" it will be unchecked..check it and youre all good.
(im running 5.55 yours could be slightly different, but it will be along those lines)
