getting a map out off zmud

Hello first time here, looking forward to you all showing off and impressing me with your brilance, this is the first question of many I am suspecting :)
Here goes;
I have the latest version off zmud. I want to get my speedwalking maps and put then in jpg format and make it all pretty with rivers and mountains and stuff so I can post it on my web site. How do I get the map zones into a file that I can open with imaging software?
Idealy I would like to export my zone at the zoomed size I want straight into a jpg format file so I can open it and start painting.

You might want to take a look at zMapper. It offers many options to work with and enhance your maps, which includes exporting to an image format.
