Probably a basic question about multiple chars

Forgive me, as I know this is probably a very basic question.
My husband and I both play on the same MUD with different characters and we'd like to have our own triggers and aliases. Can someone please tell me how to do this?

On the character screen select one of the characters and then click the Edit button. Go to the Files tab and change the name of the Primary mudfile. I usually use the Browse button (folder icon at right) so I can make a copy of the existing settings, then rename it.
