zExplorer won't start

I cannot get zExplorer 401 to start. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling. When I click on the the zExplorer executible, the drive goes for a bit but the app never comes up.
System info:
WinXP SP1
512 MB Ram
AMD 1400

When using WinXP, make sure you install zExplorer and run it the first time using the Admin account. If you still have trouble, email eLicense directly at support@elicense.com since it sounds like the elicense system didn't get installed properly on your system or is corrupted.
