capturing the name of paths

Hey guys,

I need a little help. I want to capture the name of a path, when i use it (or a trigger uses it).

I tried the following, but it didn't work:

#ONINPUT {.(*)} {#var last_wp %1}

all the syntax matched up, just it never triggered when I typed a path. Maybe because the name of the path never makes it to the trigger, because it's parsed into direction commands first?

Thanks for the help

Yes, you are right, it never makes it to the trigger and I can't think of any way you can do what you want except making an alias that sends the path and saves the name, but this means changing every .path reference to use the alias instead.
