Masking Triggers

I have a series of commands set to duplicate an affliction symptom. The idea is to force someone's triggers to use the wrong cure, while I administer a real affliction to them. However, I cannot make the false affliction stop triggering my own cures. Even when gagged, the text still triggers my cure. I made an alias for this false affliction which leads with #ignore but it does not ignore. What can I do?

Shame on you. Play the game, not the other guy's client.

This is part of the MUD itself, or I wouldn't even have the Skillset to cast illusions for the express purpose of faking triggers. Any help?

A little search of the command list in help would quickly find the NOOP coomand.

However that does nothing, what you probably want is to put your cures into a class folder and turn it off (with #T-) when doing your illusion. Then you have to figure out how to turn it back on (#T+) when done, #ALARM might work.

I just put a ^ in front of MY triggers which are getting fired when I send an illusion. That works 100% for me.
