Is there any way to send zones to friends rather then the complete map? and connect them to the main map, make collaberation easier

Yes, you can do that. You need to all share the same master map file (*.zzz) and then each one work on their own zone file (*.map) Be sure to have everyone update their master map file when anyone makes a change to it.
