hi
is there a way to resize and move a window
by code?

Nope, the only thing you can do by code is open/close a window, and set the focus.You can also send a command from one window to another.Check out the help files for these commands:
#SEND
#WINDOW
#CLOSE

and the special characher(':' by default) for window focusing.
