focus on window
 
i use in my settings the commands
#CAP or #WIN but I need to refocus to the
main wondow. How can I do?

Neither of these two commands changes your focus so you won't need to refocus after using them.
However, should you need to refocus there are several methods available, as explained in the help topic Introduction to Multiplaying in the Getting Started section. Most of these require direct input from you, via mouse or keyboard. However the focus character, : by default, can be easily employed for scripting as well.
