telnet

ok when i use my telnet to try to get to my mud i type the following thing telnet.exe nightmare.imaginary.com 1701 , would that be correct be cause at the top of the telnet screen it says Telnet-(None) so i dunno if im typing it right or what, can someone help me out, oh yes i can telnet to the wotmud.com so i think it maybe either my mud is down or something was wrong with my zmud depending on if i typed the telnet address right or not, thanks

well i just discovered that it must be my mud that i cant get to whether it be that its down or there was a firewall put up or something, i can telnet to other MUDs plus my zmud works on other MUDs, if anyone out there has any info on nightmareLP mud let me know, thanks :p
