Ok I downloaded the free version of zmud 6.16 and my #trigger commad doesnt work

You need to be more specific, tell us how you are using it, different methods you have tried, etc.

There is no free version of 6.16. Version 6.16 does have a free 30-day trial and there's also a free version of zMUD, it's 3.62 I think, which is unsupported. In either case, I'd expect the #TR command to work and without further details you won't get any meaningful help.
