Need help with trigger settings please.

I have a few triggers set up using the #SUB command. Here is an example:

Pattern: blind
Value:
#cw red
#sub {~<send "bl">blind~</send>}

In the past, this created an MXP hyperlink where I would be able to click on the word blind in my output window and it would make my alias for making myself blind go off (that is the bl in the above).

After installing 6.25 and importing my triggers from my previous version, now it seems that this trigger doesn't work properly. In the output window, I can see the alias "bl" come up, but the associated in-game command is not executed. It acts like it doesn't understand what I am asking it to do.

I have a feeling that in my old version I had some option or preference turned on or off that I have overlooked, but I can't find it. What could be causing this?

You might want to post this in the beta forum, sounds like a bug/glitch.

It is actually an intended behaviour in 6.25:

quote:
<SEND> no longer allows zMUD commands to be executed

(from 6.25 version history)

Aliases are considered zMUD commands...

However, indications are that it will be addressed in a later release to provide for both flexibility and security.
