Still having problem with speed menu, please help

After deleting my character and reloading all my settings (I even started from scratch on the speed menu settings), everything appeared to be working fine. I created about 7 speed menu items which were functioning properly yesterday when I first did this, but today when I tried it again, when I pulled down the menu there were TWO complete sets of the 7 things. Activating the commands through the menu still works, but it is quite annoying having such a lengthy menu to pop up in the middle of my screen. What is causing this, and how do I go about fixing it?

My guess is that you saved it in both the current settings as well as inherited parent settings, thus two copies of it were loaded.
