how do you use commands like %roomkind?

I really dont know how to use the % commands to change information. I do understand how to make them display the current info though. Pretty much I'd like to make a command like this:
alias setfav
%roomkind( %roomnum, 1)
This doesn't work though.
Any help would be great! |
