Can't Enter Beta Forms

I did the little application bit, but when I try to go to the form it says I do not have permission too. I try and do the application thing again, but it says I have already.

Exit all of the windows of your web browser and then restart it. Some web browsers cache the authentication information used to access this site and that causes this problem.
