Not sure if this is the place to ask but I hope so, I've been having a lot of troubles with the automapper with Zmud 7.03, I'm considering updating to 7.04 because I am using XP, but with 7.03 I get a lot of errors trying to save and load my maps I "try" and make with the automapper, it says something a long the lines of "Cannot save on a closed/secure database" or something like that, any ideas as to what might be wrong?

First off, I'd like to highly recommend that you upgrade to the latest version. Bugs have been fixed and the application is generally more responsive and stable with newer versions.

Secondly, check to see if you have a ".ldb" file in your character directory. If you find it, delete it before you start zMUD. It's possible that if your mapper crashed or your system just became unstable for whatever reason that your database is still locked and won't allow a new process to open it or save it. Other than that, you may want to just try deleting your map database and configuration files and trying again.

I posted a new topic, I'm still having a bit of a problem with my automapper.. says there is a file missing :(
anyone that can help me with this, it would be greatly appriciated
