access code violation

i am getting an access code violation on the mapper i have version 7.04 zmud. the error specifically reads: access violation at address 004D98E4 in module zmud.exe Read of address 0000000C. I have used the mapper before, this is the first time i have had this message. I appreciate any help i can get.

This should be posted to the zMUD forum since the error you are getting is when you run zMUD. zMapper is a completely different program.
