Ok, I got a code 23 when I opened Zmud. This was last week. I have e-mailed the support for help fixing it and no one has gotten back to me. Can someone HERE help me? I'm currently using the free version of Zmud because it's the only one that will work...I'd like to get the version I paid for working...because well...I paid for it...I should be able to use it.

You need to email them again. They need to send you a little program to fix the problem.
