Triggers don't save

Every time i create a trigger, Zmud doesn't save it when quitting the program. Not even when you go to the trigger screen and do a manual save. Is there a maximum of triggers you can store?

Thanks!

Try going into Pref and enabling Autosave on exit in General. Also, when in the Settings Editor, be sure that you actually make a change before clickin on Save. Something like entering a letter and then deleting it.

The preference setting was already set correctly. The problem started with the update to 7.03. Can it be a bug in the new version? Usually, I type in the trigger manually #TR etc, and they show up correctly in the triggers window. But next time I start Zmud, the triggers are gone.
I have about 200 triggers, would be strange if this is a maximum, but who knows?

Make sure your settings file is writable.

This could be the problem. After updating to 7.03, I got a lot of new chars, and new folders in the Zmud directory. Should every char have a matching folder in the Zmud directory?

If so, I don't see the folder for one of my chars. Actually, i don't see a lot of folders + I see new folders after the update. Perhaps the char files were not correctly updated during the update to 7.03?

Strange enough, despite not having a char folder in the Zmud directory, I can still play that char and all settings are also there. Only problem I cannot add new settings to it. How to solve this?

Thanks!

There is a folder for each MUD that you have created a connection to. Inside the MUD folder, there are settings file for each character that you have in that MUD.
