Just tried something.....
I run decal all the time and for some reason the Calibration never works..... Shut Down Decal and now the Auto Calibration works great...

Yes, that has always been the case. Whenever people fail calibration we always tell them to make sure stuff like Decal is unloaded. But some people apparently still have trouble with auto-calibration even without Decal. So who knows.
