Zmud + Zmapper Backgroud problems

Ok, I just updated to the new ZMud and then bought ZMapper and upgraded that. I made a map in ZMud then opened it up in ZMapper so I could add a background to it. I spent the time to line up the rooms and all then reopened ZMud and opened the map and the rooms are all aligned like they should be but there is no background on it. So I closed ZMud, reopened ZMappper, opened the map, and the background is there. What am I doing wrong?

Not sure what to suggest without more info:
1) What kind of background are you using? Tiled? GIF or BMP or JPG?
2) Where is the image file located? Make sure it is in the same directory as the map database.
I just tried my test zMapper map in zMUD and the background appeared without a problem. |

I am using a GIF, it is not tiled. The MDB and background pictures are located in the same directory
