Old version inquery

Hi!
I've looked through the support files on the site but they all refer to getting the newest version of Zmud...and my problem isn't exactly about that version Very Happy A friend tipped me off about Zmud a couple weeks ago so I decided to try it! Now I admit I'm a terrible sucker for freebies, so I downloaded your free 3.16 version. It's excellent and I enjoyed it very much!

I now have a brand new computer, complete with Windows XP. My old computer (running on Windows 98) is no longer connected to the internet and I'd like to run that same version on my new one, but, understanding the error window, I can't because it's a '16 bit' program trying to run in a '32 bit' system?

I know I could just buy the most current version, but I don't need all that fancy stuff. 3.16 is simple and has everything that I could ever need with a MUD (not to mention it's free) So if anyone can help me get 3.16 working on XP I'd be extremely grateful!

3.16 Is UNSUPPORTED
You should really upgrade, Pay Zugg the $25 for all his hard effort.

Just use compatibility wizard that comes with winXP
find the Zmud.exe file
right click on it
choose properties
choose tab saying compatibility
click the first box scroll to win 98
save try running that.

But try the free 30 day period on the newest version and you will see why you should upgrade.

Pretty sure the compat wizard isn't gonna help with a 16-bit program.
