e-liscense and windows xp upgrade

I just changed my version of windows from ME to XP without first unliscensing zmud. now when i try to liscense it i am getting an error code 999. any ideas or suggestions on how i can fix this? as far as i know i cant go back and undo/redo the whole damn thing.

Actually, the error 999 is something new. Looks like something was messed up on the eLicense servers last night. I've contacted eLicense about this and am waiting for a response. I'll post as soon as I know what's causing this.

whatever it was i just installed the liscense the exact same way i tried to last night :) Whatever it was, its fixxed now.
