connection wizard

I just downloaded version 6.62 but can't connect to any muds. The help file says to update in the connection wizard, but the bloody thing never ran a connection wizard on install & I can't seem to find it. HELP!

To update the Connection Wizard, first click the New button. Underneath the main Toolbar you should get another row of buttons, click the Get button. Since this is your first update to the mudlist that came with 6.62, you should probably do Update All Muds. This will take awhile.
The mudlist is primarily a handy method of obtaining the Host and Port information needed to connect to a particular MUD. It only affects connection if you get wrong (out-of-date) info from it. If the list is seriously out-of-date, that becomes quite likely. |
