the #capture command |
i have triggers that capture text from gossip and tell channels into different windows, howver i notice if someone pastes a url, like http://un:pw@site:port/dir
then inside the main mud window it works fine and shows "name tells you: http://un:pw@site:port/dir", but in the capture window it shows "name tells you: http://un:pw"
the trigger is simple: #tr { tells you: } { #capture tell }
is this a known issue? i didn't find it posted already, and i'm using v6.62 |

I believe this is quite simple, though I could be wrong. Open up the preferences for the capture (child) window (do this by first clicking on the window to select it, then clicking on "preferences" on the main toolbar).
Go to "Script parser", then uncheck the "expand variables" option. |

that sounded like a good idea, and a way to fix it... but i just went to try that, and it's already unchecked..
and i made sure it was the correct window i did that on, and i know because everytime i load zmud and that window gets made i have to re-set the font on it (i use terminal)
for some reason it never seems to save.. but i don't think that's the program's fault since i havn't looked into how to save it at all yet. |
