Gag Problem |
Currently I'm CAP'ing and GAG'ing incoming tells fine, sending htem to another window... but for some reason whenever i get a tell I see this:
XXXXHP XXXXMN XXXXMV > <--- this is my prompt
<blank>
XXXXHP XXXXMN XXXXMV >
This is my current trigger:
----------------------------
Pattern: tells you,
Action:
#CAP Chat
#GAG
----------------------------
Can anybody walk me thru how to make this trigger gag the blank lines and blank prompts?
Thanks,
Mal |

appropriate #trigger goes here
#COND {^$} {#gag}
What you're seeing is not the simple removal of the visible text from the matched line, but the leftover spacing line sent by the MUD. If you don't want any blank lines, use this trigger instead:
#trigger {^$} {#gag} |

Are ya sure the #COND works with zmud 6.16? I cant find it anywhere in help and after adding that to my trigger, it still doesnt seem to work.

No, #CONDITION was added in version 6.20.
Without explicitly stating the version of zMUD you are using, we can only assume that you are using the most recent public release. |
