%grep return format...
 
was wondering if there would be a way to change/color the %grep return after i search a file, my search gets lots of results sometimes.

#CW will work. Presumably, any other suitable trigger would also work. With no details on what your file and %grep look like, or what you would want to change/color and how, it's impossible to give a definite answer.

I am going to assume you use some combination of #FORALL and #ECHO/#SAY/#SHOW to display the results. This being the case you would want a color function. Coloring functions don't have their own category in the help file contents, but commands do. Pick any coloring command in the help then clip the "related functions" button and start reading.
