Anyone know how to Speedwalk/slow walk in Achaea?

Achaea only lets you move a couple of times every few seconds. Is there a way to increase the interval between the directions?

Try changing Sendline Delay under Script Parser in the Preferences.

Menu item: View->Preferences->General
Double click: +Script Parser
Enter a number:[#] Sendline delay
Where that # is in milliseconds.

I speed walk in achaea by alias....is tedious to write them but i have no complaints over all. tried the sendline delay...but anytime there is lag...well it fails to allow you to speedwalk at all...my alias system will survive most lag...but is not 100% fail safe...but alot better than the sendline delay option just very time comsuming to set up...but to me it is worth it...
alias name : fishhak (Short for Fish Street to Hakhim)
commands:
ne;wd;e;wd;e;wd;e;wd;se;wd;e;wd;e;wd;s;wd;s;wd;se;wd;sw;wd;s;wd;se;wd;e
alias name : wd (Short for Walk Delay)
commands :
#wa;#wa 400
fishhak alias will take you from fish street to hakhims the first #wa command helps you survive most lag...the second #wa command keeps you from walking to fast...this probably seems overly complicated to you, just to be able to speedwalk...but is the only reliable means i have found...the only problems you will have with it...is some lag but not as much as the sendline delay option...and if you enter a room and there is alot going on...

if not 700 to 800 (cable modem) 300 to 400 (56k) seemed to work best for me in achaea with the sendline delay option...*heh* i tried working on a trigger based walking system thanks to new multistate trigger options...made my alias system seem like slow motion...but had problems with triggers registering...anycase good luck |
