I don't really know what I did, except that in trying to "SETALIAS gh get health from pack", I somehow did SETALIAS get and now I can't "GET" (pick up) anything...

I can't pick up even a gold coin, rat, nothing...

I hope someone understands and can help - I tried #killall and that didn't work.

1) Is there any way to reverse what I did so my "get" command will work?
2) I could erase all my alias's that I set with SETLAIAS, but I can't find them anywhere.

Unless you've created a "SETALIAS" alias, zMUD doesn't have any such command. It's much more likely that this is a MUD command, which creates an alias ON YOUR MUD and has nothing to do with what client you're using. That means, you'll have to look on your MUD for the alias, as well as the command to change or remove it.
