Upgrading problem |
Hi all
I just recently bought zmud...I just checked for upgrade and upgraded the software. Everything is good until i start the new ver zmud and was asked for Order ID. So far so good, type my Order ID into my machine and click get license but get error 17... OPPPS ... what did i do wrong ?? do I need to unlicense b4 I do upgrade??.
I do have a network at home with 3 PC and I did install zmud on another PC in the Lounge room. I also have a router for my network as well.
My questions are:
Do I need to unlicense b4 upgrade??
or
Is it my router stuffing it up ??
and last but not least
What did i do wrong ??
Thank you very much for ur help guys/gals

I am pretty sure that Error code means that you have used up all you Elicenses, so what you need to do is write I nice letter to Elicens and ask them politly to free one up for you, it usually takes one buisness day to hear from them.

If you're overly-polite, they'll walk all over you. Just be businesslike and reasonable, and straightforward.

Why would they walk over you if you are too polite? It is their job after all to handle support for their products, so as long as the person is not rude in asking about it, I don't see a problem with them doing it.
