Splitscreen

I seem to have removed the splitscreen on scroll back from my main character, my other chars still have it, i cant find the helpfile about how to re-enstate it, and b4 i tear my hair out i thought i'd post here, no doubt its staring me in the face, but for the life of me i cant work out how to get splitscreen happening again atm :)

You've probably dragged the line between the screens all the way to the bottom or top. Find it and drag it back to where you want it.
Some things you can try for getting the screen large enough to find the line (these will all "mess up" your display and require fixing when you are done), in no particular order
[*]Close the other windows
[*]Remove the status bar
[*]Remove the attached command line
[*]Disable "Main toolbar", General Preferences
[*]Disable "Caption on top", General Preferences
[*]Maximize the window
[*]Use "Move" and "Size" from the Alt-Space menu to increase the zMUD screen size beyond full-screen size
You might also try using the "Reset windows" command from the Layout window, or deleting the settings.dok file or the zmud.ini file (make BACKUPS!).
Again, these suggestions are in no particular order. Most of them will create additional problems, but you'll know the cause and should be able to fix them easily. Good luck.
