Infinitely looping script |
Is it possible to stop a script that's looping infinitely without shutting down zMUD?

Yes... the command you are looking for is
#ABORT 1

I use:
a button that does #ABORT 1
an alarm that I toggle that does #ABORT 1
Useful when I'm scripting on the fly and tiered.
#SAVE often.
