Just downloaded and installed the newest version. Went to register and I get an error saying that I'm not connected to the internet, which is incorrect because I'm always connected. Anyone got a clue as to what is going on here?

If you have a personal software firewall such as ZoneAlarm, you may need to authorize the new version of zMUD to access the internet. Otherwise, it will (rightly) tell you that there is no connection to the internet available.

That seems to be the most common problem with this issue. If this doesn't work, try a bit of testing for us... make sure that the old version (if you still have it installed) can communicate with the license server. If it can't, make sure it can still access MUDs. If it can, then there may be some sort of block that is keeping you from establishing the connection to the eLicense server. Though in this case, I believe there is a different error message.
