Jet OLEDB error

Every time I try to install this it gives me the same message"Error registering the OCX C:windowssystemmsjetoledb40.dll" I followed all 4 for the setup procedured for win 95 that are recommended, but this keeps popping up....HELP!!! Thanks in advance.

Sounds like Microsoft erred again. OCX and DLL are two completely different registering methods, I think they messed up thier installer.
