Problem with command

About a year ago I was having a problem with my firewall disconnecting me from MU*s if I idled for too long so I programmed zMUD to send a carriage return every 10 minutes. I've got new firewall software now and I'd like to disable the automatic carriage return so that it doesn't look like I'm active when I'm idling. The only thing is, I can't find the command to delete it. I've looked through all my settings and preferences but I don't see it anywhere. Where else should I be looking?

if its an alias, just do #UNALIAS alias name

hit enter too soon
If it is a timer, look near the command line where it has the time you have been connected to the mud *will start from 0 seconds and go from there* to the right of that, if there is a countdown, that is your timer.
Right click that, and click disable.

Unfortunately it's not an alias or a timer. I really wish I could remember how I did it but it was last April and it's completely slipped from my memory. I seem to vaguely recall doing something with ALARM or WAIT but I don't remember what exactly.

Open up your settings editor and look through your triggers till you
see the offending one and delete/modify it?
If you have a big clutter export your settings to a text file and search
for #WAIT, #ALARM, #CR and %cr possibly?
