Problem upgrading Explorer

When trying to upgrade, i get the following message:
"Access violation at address 02121127. Write of address FFFFFFFF."
The DL continues to DL but never installs or updates.
Any Ideas? Please, I need help!

There is a known problem in older versions in the auto-update code. Whenever you have trouble updating, just go to the Download page on www.zuggsoft.com and download the new version manually.

Zugg,
I DL'ed the new version and installed it (over the old version) and now when I start ACE, I get the upgrade prompt. If I click the "upgrade" button, the upgrade starts downloading, but only gets to about 7 - 10% DL'ed and then the opeartion just stops. I have waited for 20 mins and not had any modem activity. Any ideas on this. The program works fine. This is more of an annoyance to me than anything.

That's the same autoupdate problem that I'm talking about here. Some people get an Access Violation, some people just hang, and for some people it works just fine.
So, as I said, just go to the Download page on www.zuggsoft.com and download the new version manually.
