Setting the window focus

Either I have missed something or it doesn't exist. Hopefully someone can help me out.

I'm try to set the window focus using a macro. When the mapper window has the focus, I want to be able to press one key which will set the focus to the main program window and place the cursor in the command line.

What commands would I use?
