ZMud Error

I currently have a problem that is keeping me from opening zMUD (v. 6.16, that is), and wanted to see if I could get some assistance. I have a receipt.txt in the folder, So I don't know why it's hard for me to get a license.
Basically, when I try to open zMUD I get the following message:
Sorry, could not get a license at this time.
Please try running this program later.

As I said, I have a license, and this problem is very confusing for me (oh, and it pops up in a "zmud.exe" window)

From the eLicense FAQ on this site (found in the Support Library)

This problem occurred in older versions of AC Explorer. You need to first contact eLicense at support@elicense.com and ask them to send you their diagnostic program to fix a code 23 error. Then, run the program they sent you to clear the error. Then upgrade to the latest version of AC Explorer to prevent this from happening again.
You can ignore the part about AC Explorer, it applies to zMUD also. Just email elicense, inform them what problem you are having and what program it's affecting, and ask for the diagnostic program and any other help they can suggest.
