Comparison that is a bit more complicated

Does zMUD allow a more complicated comparison? I mean can you have it that it compare A to B, but rather than just A < B, maybe it could be 25 hp less than B? I am still tweaking my healing trig, and I don't want to give heal to someone that have 1 hp below their max.
