Command using a timer, without using tick timer

Does anyone know how to set zMUD so that it will enter a command every 2 hours without using the tick timer? Since I usually use the tick timer to catch mobs repop and don't want to keep chaning it back and forth. The every 2 hours enter a command thing is permanate..
