Problem with nested #IF statement

I am trying to use multiple mested #ifs in an alias:

#IF (@Fury = Off) {#SAY You are not ready to fury again} {#IF (@Fury = Ready) {#IF (%1 = null) {rampage} {kill %1};fury} {#IF (%1 = null) {rampage} {kill %1}}}

The alias responds correctly of @fury is equal to Ready or On (it's other possible value), but when @fury = Off the alias does not preform the #SAY command. It reacits as if the first #if statement did not exist. I'm probably nesting these wrong or something stupid like that. Is there a way to make this work?

It's probably not working correctly on any of them, but since you have both a true and a false action for every #IF it will always do something.
#IF (@Fury = "Off")
#IF (@Fury = "Ready")
#IF (%1 = %null)
