lot of questions |
1. is there any way once you gag to also remove the space (line) it leaves on my screen?
2. is there anyway to make it so when I send a command it doesn't display what I typed? (just what the mud replies?)
3. how do I resize the sub windows I make (I can make then tall and short (up and down) but not left and right?
more to come
thanks for any and all answers |

1) A good client [zmud] does not show the lines... or at least it doesn't for me.
2) Go to preferences, go to command parcer and take out the echo on commands.
3) I have no idea.

I've noticed zmud often leaves these blank lines when you are gaging lots of stuff and the mud is sending many lines at once. I don't think there is much you can do to prevent this if you have many gags except to get a faster computer??

OK I still can't change the left-right size of a sub window so that it is different from the main window. I used that command #CAPTURE to create the sub window but how to make it more like a popup window?

Only other idea i have for your pop-up tells window is this:
#TRIGGER {%w tells you (*)} {#var tells %1; #STW @tells}
Untested, etc. I suspect it's a bit more complex, but this is a start i suppose. |

1)you can try using #GAG 2 or something similar, but my guess is that your display will be very choppy at a refresh rate of 5.
3)Unless you have tabbing set to None, you need to have at least two windows on the same "row" in order to resize either one left or right (Zugg has the Automapper docked next to the tells/group windows). When you drag a window to the hotspot that another window is occupying, they will both acquire tabs like in the screenshot (the way the Tells/Group windows appear)
EDIT: If you have just one window on a "row" (like how the main window is set up in the screen shot), then that window will be as wide as the screen is.
