Scroll thingy |
ok this is a stupid but annoying problem and I dont know what its called so I can look in the help file.....when i push page up I normally get a split screen where I can see above the past events in the mud and below the current events that is still happening......it also works if you press taht blue minus (-) button on the bottom right of the mud window in between the scroll up and scroll down.
basically i need to know how to put it back to normal so that when i press page up or that minus button i will have a split screen. ehehe I know its dumb but I cant figure it out thanks! |

There's a line that separates the two parts of the split-screen. It sounds like you've dragged it all the way to the top or all the way to the bottom. If you can find it, drag it back to somewhere in the middle.
Otherwise, try using the Reset Window command (it's in the menus somewhere). If that doesn't work try deleting the settings.dok file from your zMUD directory. After that, back everything up then reinstall zMUD (don't forget to unlicense first). If you still have the problem, I'm out of suggestions.

You can also try deleting the zMud.ini before you got to reinstalling the whole thing.

I just figured out how to get my scrollback bar to show up again. My toolbar in Windows XP isn't hidden so after hiding it, I was able to find the scrollbar.
Hope that helps. |
