Put the complete database into a file. Then create the database structure and use zMUD's reading commands/functions to read the file line by line and add each item to the database.

You'll have to save http://www.slothmud.org/cgi-bin/sloth/slothiii/view_eqlist_txt.cgi

Then go through it and clean it up.
Read the help files on #FILE, #READ

Note you'll have to detect

Worn on Fingers

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Item Found on Mobile AC Attributes Restrictions

Ring of Misty Rime White Serpent {Tabaxi Wilds} -0.3 +1 HP Regen, Resist Fire EC AdW [OR]
Ring of Blue Flame Blue Female {DragonMount} -0.3 +1 HP Regen AdM AdC AdT AdW [OR]
Eternal Knot Ring Harpy {Highlands} -0.3 +5 Mana AdM AdW [OR]

1. Capture the location
2. Ignore completely
3. Carefully see how it gets read and make sense out of it.
