Please give me access to BETA forum |
I tried registering with the BETA forum but it said my "email address was already in use", because I subscribe to normal forum too.
If I can't be given access then here is a bug report for 6.34 beta.
#FORALL @listplayer {#sh %item(@listplayer,%i)}
does not work, but
#FORALL @listplayer {#sh %item(@listplayer,1)}
or any other static number does.
Thanks,
Steve |

Please read the help documentation on #FORALL. After you do you will see that it is functioning correctly.

Thank you, I did read it again, my fault I associated it too closely with the #LOOP command. However, it still doesn't work if performed from the comand line.
#FORALL @listplayer {tag %i} Thanks,
Steve |

You don't have to reregister to access the beta forum. You just have to send in the beta forum application.

Could you post some more specific steps on how to reproduce this problem? I'm not having such problem with these commands:
#VAR listplayer {Zugg|sda|Kjata}
#FORALL @listplayer {tag %i}
which correctly display:
tag Zugg
tag sda
tag Kjata

As I said, I'm using 6.34 BETA which is why I wanted the BETA forum. I can't for the life of me find the Beta forum application on the website though.

1)click the red FORUMS button
2)scroll down to where it says ZMud Beta Forums
3)within the little folder description there, you should see a link for Application Form. Click this link and hit the Ok button.
4)you are done and should be able to enter the beta forum.

Since this works for everyone but you, I'd guess you changed something. Go to Preferences, find the Special Characters section, and then the Parameter character. Enable it and/or change it back to % (depending on which change(s) you made). If that's not the problem, check for (and undo) any other changes you've made to Preferences.
