Zugg Software :: View topic - Installed zmud for first time, didn't get 30 days

Hiya, I just downloaded zMUD for the first time. Some of my friends over IRC recommended it, and I decided to try it out.. but the problem is, I didn't get to try it out. I was thinking of possibly buying a license, but I want to try it out before I buy. Is there anything I can do or do I have to wait a few months for another Beta or full version to come out so that I can get the 30-day evalution?

What version did you install? You ran it right after you installed it and didn't get the 30 days?

If you have version 6.x, you might want to contact [url="mailto:support@elicense.com"]support@elicense.com[/url] and tell them about your problem.

I installed the newest non-beta version. I installed it, then opened it, and it said my trial had expired, then I thought that maybe zMUD's like M.u.g.e.n. and expired even if you've never used it, it just expires over time, so I downloaded the beta and it said the same thing. Then I found the elicense right-click menu, and clicked on one of the links and it said I installed zMUD on May 1, and it expired on the 31st, even though I didn't even play muds back then, nor knew about zMUD. I'm the only person who ever uses this computer, so no one could've installed it beforehand.

It's alright, I e-mailed the elicense support thing to see if they can do anything about it. I'm sure they'll come up with some solution
