Disabling Control Q |
Hey there, getting frustrated... normally it wouldn't bother me but I've been playing multiple mud sessions of late so I use control tab to change windows quickly... unfortunately I keep accidentally hitting control q and getting spammed out with that speed test. Is there any way to disable this / remap control q to something else. I tried creating a macro to use control q but it wouldn't - it just sent the spam like usual.
Any ideas?

There's an option in preferences (probably in General) that lets you override shortcut keys like CTL-Q. Does this solve the problem?

Yes and no...
If I check that CTRL-Q doesn't spam me, but I can no longer CTRL-F to find text in scrollback :)
Thanks

There are two options, "Enable Menu key shortcuts" and "Macros override menu shortcuts". Enable both of them. Then put in this macro:
#KEY {CTRL-Q} {#NOOP}
