How stable is v6.26 beta?

I don't have access to the beta forum to ask this question. How stable is the current beta? The benchmarks make its predecessor v6.25 (which I can't find to download, so assumed it was beta too) look very attractive. Also, what is the scheduled date for release version?

v6.26 is very stable. It has no major bugs that required immediate fixing so that is why it has been some time now since a new beat has come out. However, there is always some risk involved with beta versions, so you still need to consider that.

Right now, Zugg is working on finishing the mapper rewrite that allows it to use a real database format. My guess is that as soon as that is done, a new beta will come out with a possible public version following it shortly, provided there aren't that many new bugs.

If you wish to gain access to the beta forum, just fill out the Application Form for the forum and you get instant access.

How amazing is this community, that response came in like five minutes. Thanks so much. Also, I didn't realise the 'application' form was just a formality. I assumed I had to be a supergeek or something. So cheers!
