paid for CMud, didn't get anything :(

i purchased Cmud via the website, paid with paypal, but nothing happened...
what to do next?
and i ent emails to support and sales also, i didn't get any answer yet!
anybody here? |

A couple things. First, going to the store page, do you see your purchase? If so, you should be able to click on it and request a new key be sent to the email used to purchase it in the first place. Check your spam folder to make sure your ISP didn't filter it out and not deliver the email. If that doesn't work (and I believe there are a few email domains that for some reason have a tendency to eat emails from zuggsoft and/or don't get delivered TO zuggsoft), then Chiara should be along shortly to work on an alternative.

Maybe i did mistakes... i did not login before the purchase, but i still didn't get anything and i cant so...
so maybe i'll wait for some days :)
other stuffs ... i checked all folders, even spam and gmail is the 'client' so i hope that is working well... |

I also tried to receive my license key and it did not send an email. The support email and emailing chiara directly have resulted in no reply. It's been a week

I am very sorry for the issues. We are having an intermittent issue with our mail server and about 1 in 4 gmail addresses. It has been passed up the chain.
Please contact me directly at chiara at zuggsoft dot com and I will get you your key another way. |

The email issue is not yet fixed. We have tried several things that didn't work.
