License Key / Pro Upgrade never sent

Hello,
I recently sent in a request for a new license key, and never received it. So I decided to upgrade to Pro. However, I never received that key either even after submitted support emails as well. Then my other forum account got locked after changing my password.
I am reading this is an issue with gmail, and my accounts use a gmail. Can I provide order numbers for this and be provided my keys via a different email?

Yes. You can email me directly at chiara at zuggsoft dot com with your name and the email you registered under. I can try alternate email addresses, and if that fails send you a manual code.
